Thank you for choosing Property Angel to help you move into your new home. The aim of our fast track service is to find you the perfect home and get you in that home as soon as possible. We aim to get all our new tenants in to their new home within 7 days.

Our team have a fresh approach to dealing with our tenants. We are always one step ahead of the rest.

We have one central office based in Stockton on Tees and an office in Middlesbrough. Our team have extensive local knowledge and can advise you on all aspects of your area; from the local shops to the best schools. If you are new to the area or maybe you just need a little more information about your chosen area, we are here to help.

We let and manage properties ranging from a one bedroom studio to a five bedroom home all over the North East of England.

All of our properties are of a very high standard and are fully safety checked. Tenants are kept informed of any changes to the law and processes we have in place.

Fast track service - £150

  • The tenant process is easy simply complete an application form and submit with the application fee of £150.
  • We will then apply for your references and credit history.
  • Once your references are back we will ask you to pay your bond and arrange a move in date.
  • When you move into the property we will take an inventory, meter readings, sign tenancy agreements and handover the keys.
  • We will then notify the utility suppliers and local authority of your tenancy start date.
  • We will pay your deposit into The Deposit Protection Scheme.

*Any tenant that is under the age of 25 and/or claiming housing benefits will require a guarantor.
